I worked closely with Centrica’s brand team and client teams as brand guardian on the British Gas account producing a wide range of assets across both print and digital platforms for both consumer and business markets. Invited to the launch of the British Gas rebrand and was involved in both ensuring the branding was executed consistently and also looking at ways of progressing it, especially across bespoke executions.

The Things have been introduced into the British Gas brand to represent their customers. Therefore, existing assets were updated replacing real-life customers from an earlier photoshoot with various members of The Things family. This involved retouching the original images but keeping the realism. The Things have been created in a variety of poses and these were used with subtle retouching to adjust the angles of heads and ensuring eye contact is realistic within the scenario.
